These terms cover your purchase and use of the AI Construction Timelapse Guide (the "Guide"), sold on wynnshop.in by Wynngrid Enterprises Private Limited ("we", "us"), under the Buildenza brand. By buying or using the Guide you agree to them.

What you buy

A one-time purchase of personal, non-transferable online access to the Guide's 13 chapters on this website, including its prompts and examples. No subscription, no recurring charge.

Payment

Orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, who handles payment, billing, sales tax and VAT. Their terms apply to the payment itself. Prices are shown before you pay. Taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are.

Your licence

You may use what you learn, and the prompts in the Guide, to make your own videos, including commercial ones. You may not resell, share, repost, or publish the Guide or its contents, or share your access with others. We may end access that is shared or abused.

No guarantee of results

The Guide describes the workflow behind the Buildenza channel. Views, subscribers and income depend on many things outside our control, and we don't promise any particular result. Third-party tools named in the Guide have their own prices and terms, which can change.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the Guide is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Punjab, India have jurisdiction, without taking away any consumer rights you have where you live.
